The black light polyethylene compound gradePE40 was specially designed for the production of irrigation pipes so that pipe manufacturers and consumers can use this product with confidence.

Due to the fact that these pipes are used in all kinds of atmospheric conditions, toxins and chemical pollutants in farmlands, this product because of suitable type of used raw materials and unique production technology has high resistance against breaking as the result of external and environmental and also has high resistance against breaking due to environmental stress caused by sinking connections. It has a good lifespan and excellent resistance against UV rays and thermal stability, and also due to the use of additives and their proper distribution in this product, it has a high resistance against UV rays and has a good lifespan.

Description: VB-3540IRP is a special low density polyethylene black compound developed for the production of irrigation pipes. VB-3540 IRP is classified as PE40 and provides excellent stress crack resistance properties (ESCR) combine with very good long term hydrostatic strength .This compound contains very well dispersed carbon black of special quality which ensures excellent resistance to UV degradation in outdoor applications.
