Factory F1: Carbon black masterbatch production factory
This factory was established in 2000 on a land with an area of 5000 square meters. Masterbatch carbon black is produced in this factory, and since 2000 until now, this company has a large share of the domestic and foreign markets for this product. Among the products manufactured in this factory, the following can be mentioned:
- Black masterbatch containing 40% carbon, especially for the production of water pipes with the brand name VB-MBC40
- Black masterbatch containing 30% carbon, especially for the production of polyethylene pipes with the brand name VB-MBC30
F2 factory: a factory for the production of all kinds of engineering polymers and polymer compounds.
This factory was established in 2007 on a land with an area of 11000 square meters. In this factory, different kinds of engineering polymers and polymer compounds are produced which is using in various industries, like for the production of polyethylene pipes, for wire and cable industries, for automotive industries, and for any type of polymer compounds according to the customer’s request. The machines and production lines of this factory are modern machines with the new European technology.
Among the products produced in this factory, the following can be mentioned:
- VB-BLG30E: Black HDPE classified as PE100 for gas pipes production and irrigation pipes.
- VB-YLG35E: Yellow HDPE PE100 for gas pipes strips
- VB-WB30E: Blue HDPE classified as PE100 for production of pipes
- VB-BLG50E: Black HDPE classified as PE80 for under pressure polyethylene pipes and fittings
- VB-4825UPP: PE80 polyethylene compound for the production of net flat pipes and other pipes according to customer orders
- VB-3540IRP: Black LDPE classified as PE40 for irrigation pipes
- VB-COAT 3295: Black HDPE compound for steel pipe coating
- VB-RPES: reinforced polyethylene compound for production of corrugated pipes
- VB-VIDLENE20I: special compound for car bumper production
- VB-Blue: Blue masterbatch for water supply pipes strips
- VB-YL20M: Yellow masterbatch for production of corrugated PE pipes
- VB-IOF4552B: Black HDPE compound for jacketing of power cables and insulation of Optical fibers.
- VB-3250W&C: Black LDPE compound for telecommunication cables cover
- Other polymer compounds according to customer orders
Factory F3: A factory for the production of polyethylene pipes for irrigation, water supply and gas supply
This factory was established in 2016 on a land with an area of 10,000 square meters. In this factory, all kinds of polyethylene pipes for water supply, sewage, drainage, irrigation pipes and special polyethylene pipes for gas are produced. The machines and production lines of this company are from modern European technology and since its establishment, the products manufactured in this factory have been used in many gas and water pipe projects inside and outside the country.
One of the unique features of this factory is that the full cycle process of polyethylene pipes, including production of raw materials to the production of the final product, can be observed in Vijegan Company. So that the required raw materials for the production of polyethylene pipes are produced in the F1 and F2 factories of this company, and the final product of polyethylene pipes is also produced in the F3 factory.
Another product that is produced in the F3 factory of Vijegan Baspar Shargh Company is the insulating edge of the cathode blank of refinery cells. This part was produced by the request of the National Copper Industries Company of Iran and Vijegan company was the first Iranian company in 2018 which designed and manufactured a domestic sample of this part. After producing this part by Vijegan Company, the necessity of improting this part from abroad to country has solved in copper industries.
Among the products that are produced in the F3 factory of this company, the following can be mentioned:
- Polyethylene pipes from size 20 to 400 mm for water supply, sewage , drainage and irrigation pipes according to the International Standard ISO4427 and national standard INSO14427.
- polyethylene pipes from size 16 to 32 mm for irrigation pipes according to International Standard ISO8879 and National Standard INSO7607
- Polyethylene pipes from size 25 to 225 mm for gas according to International Standard EN1555 and National Standards INSO11233 and 1(3)- IGS-MPL-014
- Production of the insulating edge of the cathode blank of refinery cells used in copper industries
