PE80 and PE100 are raw material grades, and none of them can be considered superior to the other, and the pipe produced with both raw materials is of high quality, and the raw materials used depend on what it is used for. In general, it can be said that PE100 material due to its molecular structure, the pipe produced with this material can withstand more pressure with a lower thickness, so the pipe produced with PE100 material is better than the pipe produced with PE80 material. It is lighter in terms of weight and more economical in terms of price, but in cases where the thickness of the pipe is important due to environmental conditions or soil, PE80 is used.
SDR stands for Standard Dimension Ratio, which is the result of the ratio of the outer diameter of the pipe to the minimum thickness of the pipe, which means the resistance of the pipe against the forces acting on it.
