F1 Production Unit
The masterbatch production unit was established as the first production unit in the production group of Vijegan Baspar Shargh Company in 2000! Production of carbon black masterbatch, including 40% carbon black, with 6000 tones per year, is conducted in F1 production unit by using the latest European machinery. The masterbatch, commercially called VB-MBC40, has a very good dispersion and distribution of carbon black that improves resistance of polyethylene pipes against UV sunlight. The use of suitable thermal stabilizers to prevent thermal degradation of polyethylene during the production process is another feature of this masterbatch.
