VB-XL23E is black SILANE -XLPE compound
specially developed to provide a good surface and low shrinkage properties
for low voltage cable insulation. 95% of material A premix 5% of material B
before cable coat extruder and after extrusion wire; it is cross linked in
hot water. VB-XL23E complies with two components: Material A: SILANE grafted polyethylene. Material B: Catalyst MASTERBATCH. |

complies with material A 23.75 kg in vacuum sealed aluminum bag and material
B 1.25 kg in a small aluminum bag. Two bags of material A and B, total 25 kegs,
are in laminated woven polypropylene bag for easy to handle and use. |
